We ship FocusBlink from the United States to customers in the U.S., United Kingdom, and Australia using trusted carriers. Below you’ll find how we ship, how much it costs, and how long it usually takes.

Limited-time offer
Free express shipping upgrade (US only)

For a limited time, all eligible U.S. orders are automatically upgraded to Express shipping (USPS Priority, 1–3 business days) at no extra cost. You’ll see the final shipping price at checkout — if this offer is active, Express will appear as free or discounted. This promotion may change or end without prior notice.

United States shipping

All U.S. orders ship from our partner fulfillment center in the United States via USPS. Shipping cost is based on the total weight of your order and the speed you choose at checkout.

  • Regular (USPS Ground Advantage): 2–4 business days.
  • Express (USPS Priority): 1–3 business days.
  • • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days before shipping.
  • • Orders over 200 items may take 5–10 business days to fulfill.
  • • We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
U.S. domestic shipping rates
These are our base shipping rates. Limited-time discounts or free Express promotions may override these at checkout.

International shipping (UK & Australia)

We currently ship FocusBlink from the United States to selected international destinations via FedEx. For now, we support:

  • United Kingdom (International Zone 2).
  • Australia (International Zone 3).

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and destination. All international orders ship using tracked services.

  • Typical transit time: 3–5 business days* via FedEx.
  • • All products ship from the United States.
  • • Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country.
  • • If customs reject or return the package, we cannot guarantee a refund (see our Refund Policy).

*Actual delivery times may vary by location and customs processing.

Order processing & changes

After you place your order, it enters our system and is sent to our fulfillment partner. There is a short window where changes may be possible.

  • • For the first ~2 hours after ordering, the status is “New”.
  • • During this time, you may request changes to the shipping address or cancel the order.
  • • Once the order status changes to “Accepted”, it is in preparation and can no longer be edited or cancelled.

If there are delays

Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframes, but occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or customs for international shipments.

  • • For U.S. orders, please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us.
  • • For international orders, customs processing may extend delivery beyond the estimate.
  • • If your order appears lost in transit, please see our Refund & Replacement Policy.
Shipping services and rates are subject to change as carriers update their prices and service levels. Any active promotions (such as free express upgrades) will be reflected at checkout and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
